What a great turnout! As of Monday, August 16th registration, we have 63 entries for U.S. Snipe Nationals and 17 Juniors. Check out who’s here by visiting our entries page on this website. The regatta kicked-off Saturday with the junior racing and racing for the big kids beginning with the Crosby series on Monday, August 16th. The top four finishers from Senior Nationals will qualify for the 2011 Worlds in Denmark, and the top two teams from the Junior Nationals will qualify for the 2011 Junior Worlds to be held in Northern Europe.The week features several social events including a Pizza Party tonight for the Juniors, traditional Chesapeake crab feast, a Wednesday night sunset party – with the best seats in the house for watching Annapolis’ classic Wednesday night race series — and a closing awards banquet at The Marriott Waterfront Hotel with an after-party at Pusser’s. Extra tickets are available for these parties. Download a full calendar of social events. Tours and day trips have been organized for non-racers.
